Insanity Day 1 Fitness test

Hi Everyone,

I started Insanity today as planned and the fitness test wiped me out.

Well shattered when I finished, how did everyone get on??

    After the fit test I realised how unfit I was, my body was shaking. But I did it and I'm looking forwards to the next fit test.

    Gonna post my Fit Test results and compare as I go

    Switch Kicks - 90
    Power Jacks - 32
    Power Knees - 79
    Power Jumps - 25
    Globe Jumps - 8
    Suicide Jumps - 11
    Push-Up Jacks - 21
    Low Plank Oblique - 40

    I was dying by the end! But compared my numbers to previous "starts" and feel pretty good about it!

    40 low plank obliques, wow I was wiped out at that stage :)

    Fit test did a number on me but I'm ready to get back at it today!! Good Luck Everyone and just remember that hurt is a GOOD hurt!

    Switch Kicks - 107
    Power Jacks - 37
    Power Knees - 70
    Power Jumps - 22
    Globe Jumps - 6
    Suicide Jumps - 12
    Push-Up Jacks - 13
    Low Plank Oblique - 11

    Onwards to the Plyo circuit tonight

    My Fit Test Results (1/20/2014)

    Switch Kicks: 40reps(80kicks)
    Power Jacks: 35reps
    Power Knees: 55reps
    Power Jumps: 12reps
    Globe Jumps: 6reps
    Suicide Jumps: 5reps
    Push-up Jacks: 1rep
    Low Plank Obliques: 30reps

    Needs work: Upper Arm strength to increase push-up ability

    At the end my arms and legs were shaking and I felt like I might throw up.
    Today only my calves are sore!

    How the hell are you getting those three digit numbers on your first fit test?? That's more than the people in the video are doing.

    Are you remembering that your switch kicks are ONE every two kicks?

    Either way, great job on the fit test everyone!

    I started the beginning of the month, but a lot of my friends are on this group, so I thought I'd join up too :)


    These are my numbers for the first two fit tests

    Switch Kick: 42 --> 53
    Power Jack: 43 --> 54
    Power Knees: 65 --> 68
    Power Jumps: 16 --> 22
    Globe Jumps: 8 --> 9
    Suicide Jumps: 7 --> 10
    Push-Up Jacks: 13 --> 19
    Low Plank Oblique: 17 --> 23

    Switch kick I counted each leg so the actual figure is 53. Thanks for pointing that out :)
