You guys are doing an awesome job and been motivating me throughout this insanity experience no matter how hard it gets just keep pushing through diet and exercise are important to getting in shape but MOTIVATION is where it all starts!!!!! What motivates you???
Alrighty, I'm in on this group now
I actually started on 1/13/14, so I'm now on day 2 of week 3. The biggest reason I'm doing this program is because I KNOW it will work. I think about the results I should see if I follow the program to completion with a better diet. MFP and Insanity are a great combo. Let's do this!

I'm full go during the warm-ups no problems, no breaks. Then came the interval training and for whatever reason I became nauseous and light headed towards the 3rd tier of the training. I've done better in this workout before... (i think I've had too few calories the last couple days, maybe not enough water) I'll just chalk…
