That's the damn truth!
I've realized that my injury isn't going to heal in time for the fit test, so my results will be skewed by what I'm able to do with no pain, vs the exercises that I do with pain.....like power jumps....we'll see. I doubt skipping the power jumps is going to skew my over-all results all that much if it means I can do everything else.0 -
All you can do Joe, is do as much as you can without causing any further damage.
It doesn't matter that this set of results are skewed as you know why and you know your improving0
