Who knew I could do it?!?

This morning I ran my first 5k... actually ran the whole time-- no walking-- in 35 minutes flat. To say that I am over the moon would be an understatement. Its so exciting to think of how far I have come since July and then to think about how far I still have to go (weight loss wise)-- who knows what I will be able to accomplish physically as I get closer and closer to my goal.

Keep up the good work everyone, and thanks for the daily inspiration.

Just keep running. The strides you make over the course of the next year will be completely amazing.

By the way, you might write a letter to yourself about this moment and read it when you're struggling to get going.
