Hello everyone sorry I slipped yesterday and didn't post. Well change of plans as usual yesterday left work later due to an early morning pickup then a bad fog rolled in as well so I don't think the event run even happened yesterday morning. So just took the day off instead.

This morning I did the 5x5 Strong Lifts Workout A again and run my usual 5k route. In 88 minutes I burned 764 calories.

Hey Tim, good workout today! How are you liking Stronglifts?

So, a little "whoopsy" for me. Didn't do the abs/glutes workout today. Got busy with housework. It's disappointing because I used to be so good at home workouts, but my lil girl is much older now and my responsibilities have changed because of that. Well, now I know. Anyway, so far my gym workouts have ended with plenty of time leftover, so I'll see about adding the exercises to my two gym days. I hope that will do the trick.

Anyway, today was my running day. I ran back down by the coast today (sooo nice to be near the water and the weather was gorgeous--t-shirt & lightweight hoodie). I went to the usual place and turned and came back one tram stop to my run, which worked out, as planned, to add 5 minutes to the run. (I'll hopefully add one tram stop per week, although the distance between stops are not all equal). As usual, after I stopped and stretched I wished I'd run longer. haha. Anyway, it was a good run.

Off to take my son to tkd. Have a good one!

@ Sherry - I like the 5x5 Strong Lifts! It’s actually very changeling I'm only starting with 3x’s a week right now eventually I want to do the intermediate program and move up to 5x's a week.

Tuesday has been my Pilates class, but we're adding a new class into the rotation - sculpting. It's high rep with low weights for 45 minutes. Same instructor as the Pilates class and she said she's been having a positive response to it at the fitness studio where she works.

I wish I was feeling better. Still pretty wiped out today.

Worked out today. My foot is hurting again... My small toes are black and blue - I feel like I sprained the pad of my foot or something. I don't think my toes are broke but man I did a dosey.

All I did yesterday was an hour long walk. It was, however, completely in ankle deep snow with lts more snow coming down at the time. I walked with my dogs and went as fast as it was safe for us to go. Mainly walked to the post office and back to get some bills mailed, but I added some distance to get the walk to an hour. I think that we all enjoyed it.
