Hi, my name is Quanna Coleman. I initially started on mfp in July 2013. I went through a really difficult time and gained 20 pounds in 4 months. I have been back on MFP for 2 weeks now and am really interested in losing this weight for good. I am currently 245 pounds. My goal weight is 165, so roughly I want to lose 70 pounds.0
