Is anyone interested in doing a six week Challenge, begining today? Maybe post back each Monday for the next 6 weeks?

Hey! I'm definitely interested in a 6 week challenge. Being held accountable to someone other than myself or my fiance is just what I need : ) Weigh-in post every Monday works well.

Ok ladies - week 2 check in
I could have done alot better. Last week we had our company year end banquet and two birthdays. Needleess to say - the scale didn't budge for me - Boo Who, my own fault. That just means harder work this week.

Pretty happy with my results. I had been down more on Friday, but the weekend was sort of a bust! Back on track now. T25 here I come!

Not a huge loss but its going in the right direction. I really do not want to gain any stress weight as the days pass. 122 days until the wedding... Oh my0 -
What the heck!! Guess those few days I went over were enough to make me gain weight. Looks like I have to be more strict if I want to make my goal!! I though I was, but obviously metabolisms slow down the older you get. bummed out!

I'm pretty happy with my progress so far. 10 lbs in a month plus I've consistently exercised and paid attention to my food choices. everyone else seems to be doing great too!0 -
Not sure what is going on with me, I was down a pound durring the week, but now up. My stamina is better and my recovery from workouts is faster so at least that is something.

oh my GOD...so frustrating!! But at the same time, a small weight loss was predictable. I logged my calories everyday but RARELY stayed at 1400 calories. And the craft beers I love put me WAY OVER my calories!!! Not sure if I have to say goodbye to them
It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to stay within range. I AM getting stronger and feeling like I can actually exert myself to finally burn the calories I need to lose weight. I am really out of shape and working out / being horribly sore is REALLY hard!! But hey, not giving up. Every day is a new day to change habits and make better ones. It's all in the attitude!!0 -
I forgot to post yesterday. It was a holiday here and got carried away with other things. I was down yesterday, yo yoing back up today though. The overall trend is the important thing.

Wow are we almost done the 6 weeks already? I had been stuck in the 260s for more than a year. It didn't matter what I did couldn't seem to break out of them until last week! :drinker: I have 1 more pound to go to reach my first goal which is the weight I was on my birthday in Sept 2012. My next goal after that is the weight I was when I met my Fiancé in March of 2012 (another 7pounds to go).
