Hi there, new to the site and group. March '12 -May '13 I lost 45lbs, but stopped working out and really started eating junk again. I am holding a steady 130 but it's all jiggle instead of muscle now. My goal is 1.5in-2in all over off my body.
Just here looking for other ladies looking to lose inches through reduced carbs and weight lifting and strength training. Additionally, I do heavy bag boxing and sparring. I'm a pretty clean eater and love eating fruits and veggies.

Wow, congratulations! 45 lbs is great! I love lifting weights and try to eat well for the most part although diet is my downfall. I love the gym and have no problem getting there 5-6 days a week but if there is chocolate in the house I need to eat it . My biggest dietary downfall is I don't eat enough protein. Boxing and sparring will definitely get you in shape quick!0

Welcome! Great work so far!! I find it difficult to get enough protein, too, but on days when I manage it I feel so much more satisfied! It's just difficult to come up with snacks and meals that are heavier on protein sometimes. Feels like everything is all about the bread, rice, and pasta!0
