What OTC supplements do you take for your thyroid? I see that GNC has a thyroid supporting supplement. Havent tried any. I have been hypo for 7 years and am on 100 mcg levo.

I take iodoral, D3 and selenium. I don't know what your GNC supplement contains, but my Dr. cautioned me against thyroid support supplements containing bovine and also to regulate the amount of iodine taken.

There was just an article in the "New York Times" that's pretty anti–thyroid supplements: nytimes.com/blogs/well/2014/01/20/thyroid-supplements-with-a-kick/

I've never taken them. Just a multivitamin plus additional calcium.

I take Opticrine, which has maca root in it. I also take liquid D3 and Evening Primrose Oil.
