As many push-ups as you can do each day this week. Modified okay.

    I'm IN for the physical mini challenge (modified) and AM continuing with the 50 daily jumping jacks :bigsmile:

    No way :noway: planning to do the food challenge, LOL, (it's like limiting tv/net time..a no go) :sad:

    Didn't make any resolutions for the new year as I never keep them, this way I don't get mad at myself :wink:

    Optional Physical Mini-Challenge:
    As many push-ups as you can do each day this week. Modified okay. 2 sets of 25 each for a total of 50.

    Optional Food Mini-Challenge:
    No candy, soda, chips, etc. this week. Only healthy food. I had a cookie after my delicious hamburgers.

    Optional Mental Mini-Challenge:
    Give us updates on your resolutions. STILL NO SODA!!!!

    Yeah, I didn't last long with the sweet thing...:sad: Everything else...NO PROBLEM!!:drinker:

    I'm in but will start tomorrow and continue till next Sunday. Long day at work and am exhausted tonight, did manage to get yoga in though.

    I finally jumped over that plateau today! I also met my first mini goal I had set for myself...to weigh less than 190! My new mini goal is to weigh less than 185....4.1 lbs. to go!!!

    I don't eat candy or chips and no soda so far this month...but I gotta have a little sweet each day.

    Have done these every day but yesterday. But I do need a day off once in while! LOL!
    Dont know if this will kick me out.

    Wow, ok not sure how to do this as it is to lose more weight this year. Lost a little so far 0.5 LOL!

    I'm doing good with this one... I've been very disciplined on the food front, but there would probably be a slip-up :smile:

    Fine with the push-ups, and as far as resolutions, mine was to start running a bit more this year. I thought I would start slow (30 minute bouts)... so I have given myself the "mini" challenge of running 31 minutes for 31 days in January. Day 21 and I'm still in. Some days I've even "cheated" and run 50/60 minutes :drinker:

    How is everyone else doing with their resolutions?

    That's an awesome running challenge you've got going. I would love to be able to run. I get to tired. Right now healing from an injury, but trying to jog a bit at a time. YOU ARE DOING GREAT!!! :drinker:

    Today makes 6 months smoke-free for me...no meds, no patches, no gum...COLD TURKEY!!! WOOO HOOO!!!!

    OMG!! You should be soooo proud of yourself. That is sooooo AWESOME!! :drinker: My sister has been trying to quit and just is having the hardest time. We started with a challenge...for every pound I lost she had to stop one cigarette (she is way to skinny so didn't need to lose anymore). Needless to say I kept losing but she couldn't stop. She has tried all kinds of stuff and nothing works for her. High Five to you girl!! :noway: :smokin:

    Had candy and chips this week but starting today decided to do a 2 week low carb/sugar challenge posted on FB

    Updates on Resolutions...Going strong on the water still....started getting back into exercising again but need to cut back on the chips again
