Hello Everyone!!! It's Friday, and we are all probably saying TGIF!!!! Let's add a mini challenge today. Fit the Core Challenge below into your weekend, either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Report back on how you felt about it. Was it challenging? Did you want more? Was it just right? Have a wonderful, fit Friday, and make GOOD CHOICES that won't derail all of our progress.

    I did the challenge this morning!! It was great but I was tired because I did it along 3 other challenges I am doing. And two of them also include planks and crunches. But I got it done!!! Thank you!!! :drinker: :drinker: Tomorrow I am doing a Zumba fundraiser event, 2 hrs of Zumba!!! Bring it!!!

    N: 5
    S: 2 smoothies, lunch and dinner, and one cold pressed juice for afternoon snack

    W: none today. I have my niece over for a sleepover tonight
    S: breakfast, the usual
    N: 5 until dinner at my moms house, so 3 overall

    N: 5 added 2 tablespoons of milled flax to my daily routine:tongue:
