Question about meds?

Went to the doctors today, and was prescribed myloxicam, and flexeril. Do I need to log them on my food diary? They also are running a full blood panel, so I hope it comes back with better cholesterol readings than last time.

    No...unless you want people knowing your med list...I take various meds and supplements but I see no need in logging them...

    Ok, thank you. I just didn't know if they would contain carbs that I wasn't aware of. That was why I was curious. lol
