Hey all! I just have a question. Does anyone know a good strength workout? I mean like one that tells you exactly what to do, how often to increase the weight, etc etc. I plan to start going to the gym again and besides running the treadmill, I don't know what to do! (:

Fitclick.com has more then a few regimens available. I just find it a bit to much to keep up with mfp and that site, but it may not be too much for you.

Check out the book, New Rules for Lifting for Women. Also check out FitnessBlender.com, they're on YouTube, but if you go on their website you can filter the type of workouts you want. Daniel and Kelly are great at explaining form and what body part the exercise works. As for increasing weights, if you're new, start with a weight that comfortable for you, but struggle with the last reps and when it becomes too easy, then move up. Also, Bodybuilding.com, don't let the name scare you, they have plans for people of all abililties.
