    No worries Dawn, I was pooped about only losing 0.6 last week. But you'll make up for it next weight in. Keep it up!!!!

    Hey everyone! Sorry for the lateness this week - it's been a crazy week for me, but I'm FINALLY in my new apartment and ready to start my new job tomorrow. I did not eat the best this week, even if I managed to stay under cals most days, and I am feeling it in the way my body holds itself. It was also my TOM this week (because moving interstate isn't hard enough on its own) as well as having had heaps of sodium these last few days, so I know that most of my gain is water weight. Glad to be able to get back on track today!!

    SW: 125kg
    LWW: 122.7kg
    CW: 123.6kg
    Weekly loss: +0.9kg
    Net loss:1.4kg

    We've had some really good scale and non scale victories this week, guys! Very proud!!!

    Like I said, you're always focused. Glad you're back on track!

    My goal this month was to get out of the 3's by the 31st. I can almost taste it. I joined a weight loss challenge this week called Scale Back Alabama. Its a simple challenge to drop 10 lbs in 13 weeks for a chance to win cash prizes at end of it all. There are 4 people in each group. Im excited. This is something that I think will keep me motivated in the coming months.

    Hey i just joined the group and I just got back onto MFP last week
    I am 5'1"

    SW - 135
    CW - 139 i am not sure if its water or food weight
    GW - 105 +/- 5 lbs

    But my goal for this week is to consume around 1500 cal.
    I was eating too little last week, especially since I was working out five out of the seven days.
    I was eating only 1200 cal.

    Zero pounds this week and boy was I really bummed but after having a co-worker asked if I had lost some weight my attitude changed. It definitely made my day :smile: On ward!

    Sounds like you're losing inches my dear and that's great! It's funny how much the # on the scale affects us. It bothers me when I don't see a dent in the #'s as well. But I decided to pull out the faithful measuring tape.
