Week 3 how'd you do?

I got my exercise everyday.
I got my steps everyday (though it was often from walking forwards and backwards in my living room while watching tv...)
I got my water 5 days, was 1 glass shy the other two.
I got my veggies 6 days! I was thinking it was less, but when I went back through and looked it was 6. Some days it was a variety of things, other days it was baby carrots and veggie soup.

Got totally of track for a few days. Need to restart.
Doing well with the water intake.
I walk a lot in my job normally but am making those steps more deliberate - quicker, core muscles tight. Not always making my 10, now 15 minutes of other exercise.
Keeping with my veggie snacks of carrots and celery but know I'll need something else to make it interesting.0 -

Yeah, the veggies are proving to be much more of a challenge, than I had thought they would be!0
