Mental Challenge: 3 things
Cardio - 3 x / week
Binge - don't binge eat at night (focus on eating enough throughout the day)
Get enough sleep - get at least 7 hours of sleep each night0 -
walking 30 minutes daily
sleeping 7-8 hours nightly
reading my bible every morning[not putting it off until later in the day]
telling myself that I'm good enough everyday0 -
LOVE LOVE LOVE the responses on the mental challenge so far!!! I think sleep is sooo important also!!! I am still trying to narrow down my 3 picks. We can do this!!!!0

1. I'm not going to let the little things stress me out at work.
2. I am going to be excited about going to the gym, not dread it.
3. I will avoid fast food at all costs!0 -
- stay busy during the day time so I won't get lethargic and want to nap
- drink 8 cups of water a day, this so hard for me for some reason
- get on a regular sleep schedule0 -
1. I will pay more attention to what and how much I eat in the evening
2. I will do my weekly planned workouts more regularly during the week (and not leaving most of it to the weekend)
3. Think positive! At least once per day.0 -
1. NO coffee creamers!!! Replacing it with unsweetened almond milk.
2. Go to the gym 4 times this week!!!
3. Drink at least 64 oz. water daily.0 -
1. Continue drinking 100 ounces water
2. Change my exercise routine up
3. Stop worrying about everyone else's progress and just my own. <--- hardest thing for me. I always think about what this person lost or what this person js doing and definitely do not give myself the credit I deserve. So I will work on it.0 -
1. Drink a cup of hot green tea after every meal.
2. Get at least 8 hours of sleep.
3. Exercise 30 minutes a day.0 -
1) Log my meals.
2) Kettlebell twice a week.
3) Try a new exercise.0 -
1. Drink my 64 oz of water every day
2. Get my 10 000 steps every day
3. Do not get caught up in Superbowl weekend snacks. Keep it fun and healthy.

I have been under the weather this week so I have NOT been able to do any exercising.
I have been drinking my 64 plus oz of water everyday.
I feel somewhat better today so I will try to get out and do something tomorrow because the weather is going to be NICE.

I'm a little late posting here - things have been crazy! So I'm going to extend this challenge into next week:
1. Go to bed on time (in order to get 7 hours of sleep)
2. No unplanned snacking.
3. Drink more water! I slack on this some time. I drink my 8 glasses but I know I have to drink more. Half of that is just replacing what I lost when I worked out.0 -
