Week 4! How's it going?

So here we are at week four. How’s it going? Are you on target with your goal? Are your numbers encouraging? Or are they a little discouraging. What if you’re not on target to reach your goal? Does that mean that this whole effort is a failure? Or that you yourself have not done things right? Not necessarily. We are each unique, we each will lose weight at different rates using different tactics and methods. The trick and the challenge is to find what really works for you! If one thing does not work, try another thing! If you can’t think of something else to try, well, ask your teammates. I bet you’ll receive back hundreds of suggestions and a tremendous amount of support for continuing to explore ways to accomplish your goal.

    For a second I thought the whole thing was a failure, since I have made some unwise food choices. But my husband has encouraged me a lot by walking with me and being an accountability partner, if I keep pace I would lose 18 pounds at the end of the challenge!
