UPDATED SPREADSHEET

The week 1 spread sheet has been updated to make it easier to input other weeks and show you at a glance how you are doing with the challenge . You need to input your weight/measurements in 2 columns , the date of the weeks' weigh in and the column that says CURRENT . This is so that the Total loss can be automatically calculated as it is already formatted to do so .
However , if you wish , you can post your week 2 weights here and it will be updated for you .
TIPS TO HELP
1, You may find out your numbers are not aligning as others , put a symbol in front of the number e.g , instead of writing 120 write '120. This should align the numbers
2, Don't put the Measurement Unit e.g instead of 120lbs ,just write '120.
Hope this helps . Good luck to us all as we encourage each other towards the achievement of our individual goals .
