Hey all -

So.. kinda funny question but seeing as this really makes me dread doing sit-ups I feel the need to ask. Anyone have any suggestions on how to keep your backside from hurting while you're doing situps? I know I can't be the only one with this problem. I already do them on carpet but seriously... ouch!

Anothing thing I need is someone to keep me accountable. Anyone feel like being my movitation buddy??

Yeah I have this problem too, and we have wood floors. >_< I try to put pillows under myself but it just makes me feel unstable. I was thinking of getting a yoga mat, might help a tiny bit.

Last time I did sit-ups I used my dog's bed, haha.

haha love that. I did the exact same thing. Problem was, my dog wanted it back while I was still on the floor.

Our bed has a frame at the bottom with basically cut out holes, so I just lay in the bed and put my feet under the holes and do sit ups :)

I usually just grab a sweater and sit on it. It's thin enough that I still feel stable but thick enough to cushion.
