This looks rubbish, but fasted yesterday and scales actually read 171 this morning so heading in right direction. Mondays are my heaviest days as after 3 feed days.

    Didn't do so well last week. Horrible weather and daily commutes over 2 hours each way really did me in. But, I'm back at it this week and hoping to do better.

    ARRRGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I gained TWO POUNDS! Oh I'm terrible at this!!!! I used to have amazing willpower, I really did. I was pretty good at the weekend too. I need to kick up the exercising a bit and lay of the kids DAMN SNACKS! Someone just slap me NOW...please!

    I'm right there with you! Let's both commit to getting extra exercise this week so we don't suffer for those extra snacks. Still, taking candy from babies--you should be ashamed! ;) Really though, perhaps you and the kids can do a better snack that's not as junky?

    Unfortunately it's not mu choice to buy their snacks. It is my choice though to bring my own. I have no excuses except that I'm lazy and forgetful lol

    Just bought some yogurts for myself and will slice carrots when I get home tonight.

    THIS WEEK WILL BE SO MUCH BETTER! I'm proud of us all for being honest enough to keep showing up! Congrats to those of you who lost and to those of us that didn't, this week was just a wakeup call to tweek our plans a bit, and next week will look better!

    My weight's been all over the place this week. I was down to 295 at one point and yesterday I was at 298. Admittedly I haven't been working out this week. I got a cortisone injection in my foot and I've been told to hold off on exercise until Monday. Still, I will do better this week!

    I really like the 100 calorie snack packs. They have Keebler cookies, and yogurt covered pretzels. Also I found Popsicles that are strawberry flavored with pieces of real strawberry a in them for only 80 calories.
