I'm right there with you! Let's both commit to getting extra exercise this week so we don't suffer for those extra snacks. Still, taking candy from babies--you should be ashamed! Really though, perhaps you and the kids can do a better snack that's not as junky?0 -

Unfortunately it's not mu choice to buy their snacks. It is my choice though to bring my own. I have no excuses except that I'm lazy and forgetful lol

My weight's been all over the place this week. I was down to 295 at one point and yesterday I was at 298. Admittedly I haven't been working out this week. I got a cortisone injection in my foot and I've been told to hold off on exercise until Monday. Still, I will do better this week!0 -

I really like the 100 calorie snack packs. They have Keebler cookies, and yogurt covered pretzels. Also I found Popsicles that are strawberry flavored with pieces of real strawberry a in them for only 80 calories.0
