Has anyone considered doing this diet plan? I've been hearing a lot about it lately and just wanted to get others thoughts. As far as I can tell, you eat normal for 5 days and pick two days out of the week where you only eat 500 calories. Anyone else have thoughts?

Clearly everything in moderation right? It's the overdoing part that's bad for us, but what is the ONE thing you don't want to and haven't given up, maybe just reduced the amount you have of it, or the amount of times you have it.
