I'm reaching the point where I'm starting to struggle because I'm losing motivation. Hoping the cold weather goes away so I can start running and biking.0 -
Hey guys, sorry I have been out of the loop for a couple weeks. I have been super busy at work and I don't think the app has this capability. It has been crazy weather in Atlanta and I'm sure you've all seen the chaos it created on TV! SMH Anyway, I have been working out, but not being as consistent with my diet. My husband's idea of getting ready for the storm a couple weeks ago was buying lots of cookies and chips. Thanks, honey...I packed on the pounds I had lost!
So, there is another storm coming through this week and I have got my "game face" on! There are hardly no naughty snacks in the house! I'm planning to work out daily even as well. I'm down again (212.8) and my goal is be below 210 by next week.
Good luck to everyone! I know it is a tough time and I encourage all of us to stay focused! Think of it this way: We only have a month left in this challenge...! Let's finish strong!0 -

Finding myself with some challenges week to week - busy at work, pulled a muscle in my back, then I slept wrong last Saturday could barely move my neck until today - and now I have a sinus infection and can barely breath. ( ugh) So I have not been working out as much as I would like but I have been keeping with logging and eating healthier so I think the next few weeks should be better.0 -

Well, another week, another ONE pound loss! Suffice to say I will not be making my goal short of a miracle.
I am not sure what I'm doing wrong. Maybe not eating enough?? I have increased my activity triple fold in the last month and still minimal weekly losses. :shrug:
