Gosh how interesting! Of the very few of us left on this challenge almost all of us have gained or at least not lost on this 7th week. It seems to imply that one can only manage about 6 weeks of being good before we crack OR that every 6 weeks you need to change your method as your body starts to level off. Any thoughts?0

I think mine had feminine influences as i had been keeping below my food goal and increased my walking so here's hoping I see progress this week0 -
