Someone posted this on MFP sometime ago and I wasn't able to find who to credit them to. I will post one a day...thought they were good stuff.

Number 1 - Drink Water
One of the biggest common denominators amongst people who lost over 50 pounds is they all switched over to drinking water. They gave up the sodas and sugary drinks and instead quenched their thirst with water. This tip alone helped hundreds of people lose weight.

    I've been 2 weeks now and only had a couple of cokes been drinking water can tell you for sure that I feel better.

    Definitely feeling good drinking lots of water.

    Don't miss the coke zero. I do like an occasional green tea from Starbucks tho!! Had my first cup of coffee in 24 days this morning and was disappointed! (I did the Advocare 24 Day Challenge and couldn't have dairy. Have to have cream in my coffee, I gave it up since I couldn't have my cream.)
