Ate Atkins Bar and Misread Label

So I ate a an Atkins Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar, misread the label and downed 23 carbs in one freaking snack.

So now I'm up to 53 carbs for the day (limiting myself to 20) and am concerned it'll knock me out of ketosis. My question is, will it?

    I’m pretty sure that bar has only 2 net carbs, and net carbs is what you should be tracking on Atkins

    You subtract the fiber from the carbs to get the net carbs.

    You subtract the fiber from the carbs to get the net carbs.
    You also subtract the sugar alcohols. Most bars are around 2-3 net carbs.

    Thank you for talking me down. I only read the carbs and did none of the subtracting. I lost 2 lbs from yesterday so I think I'm good. Thank you for your help!
