Wednesday Mini-challenge!

I loved doing squats yesterday. They really make you sweaty in less than 5 minutes.

Challenge is:

50 squats (not halfs, full squats are better)
45 minutes of any calories burning activity
Stay within your calories goal for today

Who is up for it?

    Umer I'm sorry I haven't been participating in the challenges I have been sick and am FINALLY starting to feel better. Going to try to get back in gear tomorrow!

    Me! Does painting count as an activity? I am attending a painting class tonight. I know I can get in the squats even if it is before bed :)

    If painting burns calories then why not. Go for it!

    Completed the challenge:
    50 squats
    130 mins of calories burning activity
    Stayed well under my calories!

    68 minutes of movement--dancing, walking, elliptical, and more walking:)
    50 squats
    very under calls due to lots of exercise:)

    It was get up and move day at my school and we played songs on the loud speaker 4 times today... everyone moved into the hall and danced YMCA, Cupid Shuffle, Hokey Pokey...... so fun!

    I did all three today!

    Exercised for 60 minutes
    Did 50 squats (10 at a time with 10 jumping jacks thrown in inbetween)
    Under my calories for the day - which was hard because I did not eat well, but I made it up at night and with the extra calories.

    Good effort both of you. This is encouraging.

    I can feel stiffness in my legs. Foam roller time I guess!
