Day 8 - Arms Challenge only (Abs rest day)
Arms Challenge: I am raising the bar a little because there is no Abs challenge today therefore we should spend more time on Arms today:bigsmile: Below challenge is from Day 11. 10 Tricep dips 8 Push ups 15 mountain climbers We can do this higher challenge for sure. Give it a go!
Day 7 - Arms & Abs Challenge
Arms Challenge: 8 Tricep dips 6 Push ups 12 mountain climbers Abs Challenge: 40 sit ups 20 Crunches 20 Leg raises 30 sec. Plank Lets do it!
Day 6 Abs & Arms Challenge
Arms Challenge: 8 Tricep dips 6 Push ups 10 mountain climbers Abs Challenge: 35 sit ups 15 Crunches 15 Leg raises 25 sec. Plank Abs challenge has peaked pretty quickly.
Day 3 - Arms & Abs Challenge
Arm Challenge: 6 Tricep dips 5 Push ups 10 mountain climbers Abs Challenge: 15 sit ups 5 Crunches 5 Leg raises 10 sec. Plank Lets do this! Abs challenge is for the day one as we didn't do on the first 2 days. We will try to cover up the first 2 days in between depending on how the challenge goes.

Day 22- Squat challenge - 170 squats
After 3 days rest, we will start tomorrow again. We are little bit behind but this weekend's performance might decide how far we can go by the end of this month. I am hoping to finish these squats in the morning otherwise it will get too late. Who is doing the challenge?
Day 18- Squat challenge - 155 squats
It is going to get tough now with 150 plus squats. I am hoping to finish them soon after the office time. Lets finish this challenge today and enjoy a well deserving rest day tomorrow!
Day 17 - Squat challenge - 150 squats
Wooohooo, so the challenge has reached 150 mark which is really great. I didn't think we will be able to come this far. But I can see that we are able to manage this. Let's aim even higher!
Day 16- Squat challenge - 140 squats
Here is the challenge after the rest day yesterday. It is definitely not impossible but difficult..... hell yeahh!
Day 14 - Squat challenge - 135 squats
So today the number is not that high compared to yesterday, just 135 squats today and tomorrow will be the rest day. Yes!! I think we would feel pretty good to complete 135 in the first half of the month. Come on!
