Arms Challenge:

8 Tricep dips
6 Push ups
10 mountain climbers

Abs Challenge:

35 sit ups
15 Crunches
15 Leg raises
25 sec. Plank

Abs challenge has peaked pretty quickly.

    I just take a look at the abs challenge and i am telling you this one is going to be difficult but if we can pull this off that would an achievment.
