Day 3 - Arms & Abs Challenge

Arm Challenge:

6 Tricep dips
5 Push ups
10 mountain climbers

Abs Challenge:

15 sit ups
5 Crunches
5 Leg raises
10 sec. Plank

Lets do this! Abs challenge is for the day one as we didn't do on the first 2 days. We will try to cover up the first 2 days in between depending on how the challenge goes.

    6 Triceps Dips
    5 Push Ups (Modified lol)
    10 Mountain Climbers done...today was rest day on the Arms challenge but I did 47 mins of DDPYoga which worked my poor arms to death LOL

    Looks like it is going to be just two of us again.

    Anyway I did the challenge. I will post both challenges tomorrow.

    Awesome. I have to work on my mountain climbers. They are really unattractive right now LOL!

    I am okay with mountain climbers but push ups and tricep dips are little difficult.

    I am good with triceps dips, and my mountain climbers are ugly but still ok. Push ups though....whoa.
