Day 7 - Arms & Abs Challenge

Arms Challenge:

8 Tricep dips
6 Push ups
12 mountain climbers

Abs Challenge:

40 sit ups
20 Crunches
20 Leg raises
30 sec. Plank

Lets do it!

    Fantastic job!!! Arms done, only about 20 sit ups today, but crunches done, leg lifts and planks. My tummy is not playing nice today :(

    Completed the challenge and I have done few extra reps for all the sets. Surprisingly I have found leg raises pretty difficult. I had to do single legs to complete it. Tomorrow is a rest day for Abs thank goodness!
