I sauteed baby carrots in butter and added garlic salt to them yesterday, they were really good, but I cannot find it in the database here to add to my food diary. Help? btw, they were organic baby carrots.

Sometimes you have to add things you make by ingredient that's where I find the scanner on the phone app to be really handy. I keep my phone in the kitchen with me if I'm making something and I'm not sure it's in the database. I scan each item that I'm using and add it to my diary and go back and adjust if I didn't use a full serving or used more than a serving. Hopefully that makes sense?

yeah for that I'd just enter how many carrots and how much butter you used. Or create your own recipe
