guys I started this group because i have been where alot of you are and im still there working on my health. i say health compared to weight because to me releasing the weight is only half the battle its living a healthy, longer, better life im after.

feel free to start threads, start challenges, track miles, track weigh ins.. share recipes.

i want this to be a place you can share anything

if your having a bad day. come talk to us.. i know what its like to live in a divided home where you feel your alone on your health journey, but your not. we are here for you..

i will be posting water challenges. quotes of the day.. lots of things to keep us motivated, but jump in. were in this together.

the only thing i ask.. i don't mind if we talk about opposing views just keep things civil.. i love a good debate and i follow what i feel is best for me, but remember what works for you may not work for another so respect others choices

other than that lets have a blast.. sharing and creating friendships.. spread the word about this group.. anyone can join.. i want us to blow 2014 out of the water becoming the person inside, living life. not just existing in it and i know good support is a big part of making that happen

im here for you.. feel free to message me personally if you ever need to talk, vent scream , cry.. believe me i have done all those and more on this journey

    I sprained my neck and now I cant even hold my head up. Which obviously means I'm getting pretty much no exercise. Haven't exercised in 3 days! And this is going to take another week to heal, give or take a couple of days. :sad:

    I've gained a pound sitting on my a** all day, everyday. I'm eating 1200-1300 calories a day anyway and I don't think I should reduce any more. I tried to get on the exercise bike i have in my room but I couldn't do it. I don't want to gain any more weight next week! It is so discouraging. Any advice on what exercises I can do? :frown:

    Big detouroff MFP for a couple of weeks...work and dister relief in Crisfield, Md. Despite all that, even manged to lose a lb!! Back at it. Would like to get to gola wt by the end of March...10lbs to go.
