Hello!!! I am so excited that I found this group, I really need a kick start!
My goals are as follows:
Goals this month:
1. Work out at least 5 days per week (2 Zumba classes, and the other 3 days running on treadmill or doing the elliptical)
2. Mileage goal: at least 10 miles per week running/elliptical
3. Take my lunch to work 4 days per week
4. Log all food daily, stay under calorie goal 6 out of 7 days
I usually weigh in weekly on Thursdays, so I'll update my current weight and challenge GW tomorrow.
CW --pending
Challenge GW--1.5 pounds per week, so 6 pounds less than my CW
UGW--135 pounds by 7/10 -

I the next 4 weeks I would love to be at least 4 pounds lighter smaller the steps the longer it stays off remember people!!
-Lose 4 pounds
-Drink lots of water
-Log all food
-Exercise 5xs a week 30/more mins
