Introduction and Goals
cw - 192 :explode: gw - 178 14 pds might seem aggressive for a month, but if I stick to it, Its doable for me. Goals - 10,000 steps a day at least, - log all my food, - no booze for a month AHHH - pre-plan my meals at least 3days in advance
