    Yeeey, I have being waiting for this day all week. Ok.
    Starting Weight - 210
    Desired Goal Weight- 167
    My Current weight is 206.5
    Plus I lost 4" in my waist and hips. So happy and looking forward to more inches and weight loss

    WK2-286.1 Total Loss- 10.1 I am sure its because I had the Flu for 4 of the 3 days- Same goals this week, working my strengths back!

    I met all of my goals except exercising this weekend. It rained all weekend so I stayed in and watched olympics.

    Started at 156. Today the scale said 154.5 If it doesn't go back up during the week I think I will have finally broken the plateau. This challenge has really been good for me.

    Well, I'm checking in but this 4wks is not working out. Birthdays, visitors, a horrible cold had made a gain. Not checking out yet, but have to double up the efforts :(

    I started this 1/2 way in - I didn't lose any this week... still at 162 and I really kicked it I did 5 miles 3 days in a row and did legs Monday and Core today (Thursday). Retaining water? May calories are no more than 1300 and aim for 1200... too much salt and/or wine messing me up perhaps?

    Week lost 2lbs at 162lbs
    Week 3 - no progress :-(
