Diet advice for Insanity

Hi All,
We have just started insanity, fit test yesterday.
Struggling with diets a little, timing wise etc, and one of us is a vegetarian so difficult to get the correct 40/40/20 balance. If anyone could help would be appreciated.

I think we are at the same point. Today marks Day 4 for me. As far as my diet I eat 2 portions of meat for protein. 4 servings of vegetables. 2 servings of fruits, and a tsp of Flaxseed oil. I also drink 2 protein shakes a day, 1 in the morning and 1 after my workout. I also eliminated salt from my diet. I am enjoying experimenting with different spices now. Hope this helps.0
