    I loved this group but I have a feeling either both Sat and Sunday I will be going over on calories or close to it. Got a family baby shower to go to and well we all know Super Bowl Sunday calls for over the top eating....Perhaps maybe in March I can get back into this :)

    ONE MORE DAY is right!! We are all FAB-YOU-LOUS!!! :glasses: Look how far we've come!! I know for the biggest NSV this month has been NO SODA!! I grew up on soda. That and sweet tea were the ONLY drinks I knew of....water :noway: I havent had sweet tea since Jan. 2011 and no one sip of soda since Jan. 2014. I am going to celebrate with a Gin & Sprite on Super Bowl Sunday.....I can't wait!! :drinker:

    Had a great run at 5 am; we seem to be having a mild winter here in the pnw , just the usual rain and not extreme cold; i hope everyone with a cold and snow winter is staying warm and safe

    I am so excited to have made it for 30 days. Only one more day and there is no way I am messing up tomorrow. Because of this challenge, I have stayed on track with calories on days that I felt unsure, I have exercised on days that I felt tired, and have proved to myself that I can do it!!

    What a dedicated group!

    I dunno if I can get a work out in the weekends are harder for me. But Sunday near 50 maybe Ill go for a walk outside haha I dont want to join and then leave 2 days later into the new challenge
