Hey everyone,
I am new here and just had a few questions.
1.How has everyone's results been? I have been reading mixed reviews, some people seem to have lost a lot of inches off of their waists and then it seems others haven't noticed much of a difference. Can you let me know how your results were?
2. Is exercising 30 mins a day really enough to make a difference in your weight?
3. I am probably not going to follow her diet plan but I am hoping to stick to around 1300 calories a day, has any one not stuck to the diet plan and had good results?
4. I started JMBD a few days ago, I have done the first phase of the workouts and to me they seem pretty easy. I know it gets harder as you go on but Ive been doing other JM dvds which are longer and a bit more intense. So my question is has anyone been pairing up videos or been doing other workouts to have a more intense workout, if so what videos or actives?
I hope to hear back from you!! Thanks for the input!!!

You don't need to do any extra workouts with Body Revolution. With just the 30 minutes a day, you will notice improved muscle tone and fitness level. By week seven, Jillian really cranks up the intensity, and by phase three, trust that you will feel the burn! It seems that people have mixed results as far as weight loss. Some have shed a ton of weight, and others, like myself, not so much. I think it depends mostly upon your diet, and how much weight you have to lose to begin with. You might find that 1300 calories are too few for this program. If you feel run down you might want to consider closer to 1500, with 30% of that being protein.
I could not believe how effective this program was, and I keep coming back to it when I need to get myself back into gear. I even through the workouts into my routine here and there, just because I love them so much.0
