    To the mall tomorrow for serious shopping (will walk at least 4 hours probably more), and into the hotel pool after. Bring on February - I am ready for ya.

    Today was my non-fast day, so and my one day a week where I celebrate by eating something completely different. Fasting tomorrow and back on track to exercise and calorie budget. I am doing alternate fast days. On fasting days, I exercise for 30 minutes, non fast days exercise for 45 - 60 minutes.

    I'm ready to take on February :)! Lets do this:)
