    That's a good read. It's definitely rung a few bells for me, I actually avoid family through fear of them giving me something 'normal' for dinner. That isn't right!

    Interesting article, thank you for sharing.

    I noticed that the author's definition of "clean eating" is quite different from mine. She writes: "My definition (back when I was a CE’er) was whole foods, nothing from a box, low fat and low carb. Six meals a day (gotta eat every 2.5 hours to keep the metabolism burning)! I ate the same old thing each time and always carried my food".

    To me "clean" eating has nothing to do with macronutrients ratios, meal frequency, or lack of variety, it basically just means eating whole unprocessed foods MOST of the times. Peanut butter is clean. The occasional homemade cookie or pie is clean (and delicious) too ;-) My vegetarian pasta is certainly "clean".

    I'm curious about your definition.
