Friday Jan 31 - How did you do today?

So how do you feel? How was your Friday? Please reply with your responses to the following 4 items:

1. Did you track your food today?

I did good all week myself, went out to dinner with family and splurged a bit but ate really good all day long. Tomorrow is double workout day for me so I will be pushing hard. :)

    yes - tracked my food. celebrated w friends chinese new year at my house, so did pretty well considering this. I swam for 30 minutes. tomorrow is rest day - I don't force myself to exercise on sundays unless I want too. next week I want to continue being consistent in exercise daily for cardio heart health, so it becomes habit. nsv...a swimming top which fitted perfectly beginning of jan is now too big.
