Hi everyone,
Thought I'd quickly introduce myself. I'm Mel, a mum to 2 and wife of 1 from Australia. I've lost 30kg over the last 2.5 years. And I'm working towards my first figure competition. I have a coach, who I'm working with. Just started a reverse dieting phase. Looking at competing either Oct this year or early next year. Would love to chat with others who get the whole bodybuilding life.
