Yoga Challenge Day 2 Check In

Day 2 done, I have been doing yoga since mid January at least 2-4 days per week and now every day for this challenge and I have seen a huge difference, in the video I am doing there is a hip opening pose that is much easier to do now still a challenge because my hips are very tight but definitely better than when I first started.     I like using wii fit to do yoga because it rates how steadily you can hold your pose, and I am seeing a little improvement already in just a few days!
