my power was out till 10 Pm last night and I was sleeping by the time it went on so I didn't get to do my yoga so I will have to double up, on the weekeneds I had planned to do morning and evening yoga anyway to make up the other 2 days from Feb being a short month. How is everyone else doing?
I did the 17 min PM routine tonight from RYBY...my fave, can't wait till I can do some of the challenging poses better once I am more flexible. Especially the one where I have to spread my legs and bend foreward that one is really hard.
I did the whole pose guide for Rodney yee's beginner yoga dvd, it was very insightful and long 42 minutes.
