Just heating up my room then I will be doing my energizing yoga routine. Wanted to do it this morning but had to take my little one to ball hockey.

I am a day late - I actually started my challenge on Friday January 31. I typically do yoga on Monday, Wednesday and sometimes Friday. Yesterday, Saturday, I went to a class at my gym and managed to do a Extended Side Angle with a Bind for the first time ever!
My end goal is to do a head stand!0 -
I started on the 29th of January just to ensure that I got my 30 days in. 20 min. goes really fast! I'm excited about forming a new daily habit!0
