Today was supposed to be my start day but it was POURING down rain this morning and this evening isn't looking much better. I don't have a treadmill so I guess the question for those of you who have been at it for a while is: Do you run even in the rain or light snow? Am I just looking for an excuse to put it off another day by not going?

    We both live in the same area. Its nasty out. You're not making excuses. I will run in light rain. But not snow or this wintry mix. Great chance to injure yourself that way. Do some cardio at home to keep your momentum up.
