I failed, put a lot of weight on and stopped running. Back to it now ladies (and gents) and I'm stuck on week 2 again. I swear to God I'll get onto week 4 eventually, but man I was pooped just from running for 90 seconds again. So frustrated, but definitely getting back on track.
Just curious to know who is all still here! I know we are all moving through at our own pace and I would love to know how everyone is doing!!! Even people who have finished and are now working on speed!!
So I finished C25K a while back with my running speed about 4.5. I decided to try C210K but the first week is 10 min runs with 1 minute walks in between. You do this 4 times (so 40 minutes running). For the life of me I can't seem to get through the last run even when I run them all at 4.2. So what do you guys think…
Ok, I've been treadmill running since the start (I'm back to W3D2 after starting over). Always have been. But it's going to be 75 today, and my husband wants to run outside. I admit it, I'm intimidated by the outdoor run. Everyone I know swears it's better. But I think my primary area of concern is controlling my own…
Hi, I'm currently on week 7 of C25K. I should probably be done with the C25K program by now, I've repeated so many days/weeks! LOL  Anyway, I just can't seem to jog a full 20 mins (let alone the 22 - 23 minutes I SHOULD BE doing according to the week/day I'm on). What gives? Is this a mental or physical obstacle? (I…
Just curious.... After finishing C25K (which I know we all can do!) what are you going to do? Are you going to keep running 3x week? Are you going to try and push for 10K? Are you going to move on to another fitness/cardio plan? One thing I've really liked about C25K is it's given me lots of mini goals to try and hit each…
I'm having a hard time accepting that I am heading in to Week 4, or that I am ready for it. Week 4: run 3 min (which I can do, walk 90 seconds, run 5 min. . . wait, what? Run 5 min? Am I ready for that? That's a long time in my head. Am I really ready for that? I know there are more of these mental hurdles that will need…
I just completed day 1 of week 9. I am so happy to be here and know I am going to finish the program. I hope you all get here because it feels amazing! When I finished my run today my heart rate was steady, my breathing was steady, I wasn't shaking and I just felt great! When I started the program I couldn't imagine how I…
Don't know if I more excited or scared at the thought of training for a 10k. I run between 4/5 k every day so need to start pushing myself
I'm rocking my Nike running shoes. Once I show true commitment, I will be buying some custom running shoes. I'm using my HRM to see how much I'm doing. I'm using the C25K by Zenlabs. So I guess I'm rocking my Ipod Touch. What about you guys?
