I failed.

I failed, put a lot of weight on and stopped running.

Back to it now ladies (and gents) and I'm stuck on week 2 again. I swear to God I'll get onto week 4 eventually, but man I was pooped just from running for 90 seconds again.

So frustrated, but definitely getting back on track.

    That's where I am restarting too!

    I'm so frustrated, I was doing so good! BUT, I'm back and ready to make 90 seconds easy again!!!

    How's it going ladies?? I too was slipping, but back on track! I did my 5K last Friday and it re-energized me! Now I'm back to training with intervals at an even faster speed. We got this!
