C210K or C25K Faster?

So I finished C25K a while back with my running speed about 4.5. I decided to try C210K but the first week is 10 min runs with 1 minute walks in between. You do this 4 times (so 40 minutes running). For the life of me I can't seem to get through the last run even when I run them all at 4.2. So what do you guys think (especially if anyone has done both of these programs before) should I try and get my speed up by redoing C25K with faster runs or should I just keep doing week 1 of C210K until I no longer want to die? Any input is appreciated.

    I have not done both programs. I've only ever done C2K but I still would like to give my input. I'd keep redoing it until you feel comforable with it. That way you have mastered it at the speed you want. Just my thoughts. Good luck with it!

    I think you just keep redoing the same week. . .doesn't seem like speed is the issue, it's more about the endurance!
