Hi All! Here's my report so far for the day:
Breakfast
Shake, with spinach, berries, protein powder, coconut oil, flax seed, water
morning snack
Gluten free blueberry muffin
Kraft - Smooth Peanut Butter Light,
lunch
egg salad homemade, in a romaine lettuce (2) wrap
Hot & sour soup - homemade, 1 serving
afternoon snack
Summer Fresh - Hummus, 2 tbsp
cucumber, celery and carrots0 -
going to Costco tonight. Anyone have any snack-y type things they would recommend from Costco?0

gluten free, super crunchy great with humus, decent price, very little added lots of seeds low sodium
so far I have had original, caraway and herb all decent0 -

breakfast: green smoothie, spinach mango chia and macca
lunch: chickpea pancake, sweet potato corn quinoa black eyed peas
dinner: chicken thigh , broccoli wild rice and a big *kitten* salad, with a home mad dressing - Japanese garden I am thinking0 -

Anything that came in a package. Does it contain more than, say, 5 ingredients? Are those ingredients real food? Is there a better alternative?
For instance, I KNOW the protein bars I have need to go, but I can't afford to toss them, so I will be replacing them with Kind brand when they are gone. I also would like to find a better alternative to the McCormick Seasoning packet, but it is what I had on hand tonight.0
